RZ350 Overheating!

Hi Guys

I haven't been on here for a while, but finally finished RZ350 and got it on the road. I am having some overheating issues. now before you come back head gasket fine, seal between barrel and cases good, mixture not lean.

Water pump impeller good, water seal and bearing replaced oh and thermostat works. radiator flushed and works [standard] doing some research on various forums seems pretty normal for rzs to run hot, this however does little for my comfort factor always watching the dial instead of the road!. So just checking if you anyones done some radiator swaps, what was it how easy was it and did it work?



Can get a 3ma radiator has anyone used any of these and would it work better read some where same cc capacity as rzs



Also know you can buy from TSS or RG500 but come out around 500 a pop. Anyone got some manufactured?
