Hello all, i live in australia , i have just rebuilt, restored a yamaha 1983 RZ 350 and having issues with overheating, within 15 minutes its literally boiling and spewing it out the expansion bottle, i have remove thermostat completely and still over heating, replaced radiator cap, replaced coolant , proper procedure for refilling coolant and bleeding any air out of the cooling system could be helpfull any advice would be much appreciated, i have heard of adding a external fan, or a bigger radiator RZ350 /RD350 Radiator Cooling Fan Kit. or would i be better off with a bigger after market radiator.
